# User-Owned Execution

The execution boundary: Kvants is research and export software; the user operates any live runner.

Kvants is not the custodian, broker, order router, or execution operator. Any live execution runs entirely on infrastructure you own and control, with credentials only you hold. Feature availability depends on your jurisdiction, and no part of this design is a claim that your use of it is exempt from the laws that apply to you.
